Led the project start-up phase: site establishment, installation kick-off, crew mobilisation, safety and client coordination.
Nestlé Indonesia — canning plant, warehouse automation06/2025 – 11/2025
End-to-end delivery from mobilisation through to handover: installation supervision, progress control, subcontractor coordination and safety oversight.
Cigalah Group — pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, Saudi Arabia09/2024 – 02/2025
Delivery lead on an automated warehouse installation for a leading Saudi pharmaceutical distributor. Multicultural crews, direct client liaison.
Absolut Vodka — Åhus, Sweden04/2024 – 07/2024
Warehouse automation installation at the Åhus production site: installation supervision, coordination and safety oversight. Also relief site & safety supervisor on Metsä Group's large-scale ASRS project, Sweden (2024).
Nestlé Hungary — ASRS & LGV implementation08/2023 – 02/2024 · $60M · crew 15–25
Greenfield ASRS: 13 storage levels, 4 stacker cranes, 8 conveyors, a 50,208-pallet warehouse, integrated with the existing LGV fleet and SAP. Project lead and safety officer; coordinated 400+ material deliveries to site.
Visy Glass — Melbourne, Australia2023 · $27M · crew 10–15
4 quad LGVs plus 9 storage LGVs, automated truck stackers, 5 new conveyors and QC systems integrated with SAP — installed without interrupting production. Led crews from Poland, Italy and Australia.
Nestlé — Sydney, Australia2022 – 2023 · $18M · crew 10–15
Phased conversion from manual operations: LGV-compatible racking (~50,000 pallet positions), 9 LGVs, 2 conveyors and SAP integration, with minimal downtime.
Asahi — Melbourne, Australia2022 · $26M · crew 10–15
Replaced 17 LGVs and installed racking for 25,000+ pallets within a 4-day shutdown, against a planned two weeks. WMS migration to SMART with SAP integration.
