Greenfield ASRS: 13 storage levels, 4 stacker cranes, 8 conveyors, a 50,208-pallet warehouse, integrated with the existing LGV fleet and SAP. Project lead and safety officer; coordinated 400+ material deliveries to site.
4 quad LGVs plus 9 storage LGVs, automated truck stackers, 5 new conveyors and QC systems integrated with SAP — installed without interrupting production. Led crews from Poland, Italy and Australia.
Phased conversion from manual operations: LGV-compatible racking (~50,000 pallet positions), 9 LGVs, 2 conveyors and SAP integration, with minimal downtime.
Replaced 17 LGVs and installed racking for 25,000+ pallets within a 4-day shutdown, against a planned two weeks. WMS migration to SMART with SAP integration.
